My Home Office

I have been “paid-blogging” or blog advertising for 3-4 years now, but only have spent it at home for 2 years or so. My home office consists of a work station with PC and a table. They were actually from our former location, now transfered here in the Orange house. Since there is no way to place them but here, so I simply made use of them for work. They are quite old and perhaps one of these days, I will need to purchase discount office furniture to upgrade.. Perhaps add in a more comfortable swivel chair. The kind that I once had back at the BI.. hehehe.. or maybe one like this photo:

With my mom in this photo is Auntie Letty. She is the wife of my father’s brother, Uncle Willie. She is a nurse and my second mom while I lived and worked in Manila. I will never forget conversations with her and talks about natural hemorrhoid treatment, as well as all kinds of illnesses. We also talk about men and how they look, relationships, growing up and of course, food. We were always laughing and eating when I was with them in Manila.

Cousins have planned a great outdoor adventure. We are going white river rafting tomorrow. Funny how the idea stemmed from over drinks and some thought on using 7-dfbx for a healthy colon. That and more.. hehehe.. Anyway, we are in the process of booking for our river adventure tomorrow and all of us can’t wait till morning comes..

I wonder how it’s gonna be. For sure it’s going to be fun.. Well, we’ll see..

Reunion

Monday this week was my Aunt’s 51st birthday. It was also the day that my father and his siblings were reunited after a very long time of being away from each other.. Well, technically, they, who live here in the Philippines see each other from time to time, but Uncle Willie, who lives in UK with his family, we seldom see. So now that they have come for a vacation, the siblings are reunited once again..

The siblings reunited at last.. Seeing them together makes me think that my Lolo and Lola (grandpa and grandma) are so proud at how their children have grown.

Unfortunately, since most cousins are out of Cagayan de Oro City and the country, we didn’t get to have our Aguilar Cousinz complete photo..

Carol seems so ecstatic with her new inheritance. Technically, it’s a hand me down from her uncle, her mom’s brother who practically owns a car shop. Well, it’s actually a small family business that he kept going and Carol just benefited from his clean up drive. Without ever knowing where to get ford mustang accessories for an old almost broken down car, he gave it away and Carol is just the willing recipient in the family. Ask her why she would want to accept it and and she will tell you that it’s a mustang! Hehehe..

Well, I don’t Carol will have a hard time finding spare parts and accessories for this old model. Everything now can be found in the Internet. And when cars and car accessories are needed, there’s always CarId..

At www.carid.com, one will always find the right car part or accessory that he or she will need to make his or her car look just the way it should be.. It may be quite odd to look for old parts and accessories, but who knows, you may just be able to find it there. I see no reason why people should be so negative about it.. Am happy Carol has this flair and passion for classics..

Wanna Grow A Few More inches?

Well, my sister Sweet said she still wants to. At 29 years of age, she still wants to reach a height of 5 feet and 8 inches.. We laugh about it because she is already very tall, and still she wants to grow taller. Then what should that do to me? Hehehe.. I am still five feet and 2 inches and growth for a 34 year old has already stopped for me. Gosh, do I need hgh pills to grow taller too?
