I have just made Itlog Maalat (Salted Eggs) and I made them in an Ovaltine Bottle..

This is my first entry for this blog.. And for my entry, I give you.. “Milyonarya (or should I say, Feeling Milyonarya)”..

Yes, in this photo I have more than a million should the currencies be converted to Pesos, lol.. But, they are not mine really. More than twenty people own the lot.. This was taken when my parents, aunts and other relatives were in Singapore for a mini reunion and a week-long vacation.. The idea of us posing with all the money that everybody have in their pockets came when we discussed about the book “The Secret”. I kinda told them that if we wanna be rich, we should visualize that we are.. And of course, the best way to do it is posing with all the money you see here, hehehe..  After the photo-ops, all money were returned to each rightful owner, leaving an empty table, hahaha… Of course, after the vacation, I am sure everyone’s loot exist no more…. And the photo? Well, it is an inspiration.. Inhale.. Exhale.. Visualize.. (I guess, if I have all these money, I would definitely take on Wholesale Insurance and buy them in full… As well invest them through time deposit…)

But not everything in life  can be bought by money, I still believe that the best things in life are FREE.. For more of this meme, click on the badge above..

Happy New Year everyone! Notice a new template to match the new year? Well, there are many changes in this blog than meets the eye.. This blog is also my serious account of  my journey of keeping myself fit and healthy.. YES! You read it right..

How I arrived at this resolution with great conviction is the calculation below:

Guess what those numbers are about… Well, it’s my age now and Lili’s age. I am 33 now and she is 4 years old.. Add 10 years every level, and you get the succeeding numbers.. I want to be there for every milestone in my daughter’s life. And to do that, I have to keep fit.

I have already started with the daily morning and afternoon stretching and some exercises. I am not going to enroll in a gym as it has not been a good idea in the past. Plus, I have most of the necessary equipment here at home so I think I can do it on my own. Exercise plus diet, that should do the trick..

But of course, I have sought some professionals online who will inspire me in this quest.. I first met Suzanna in youtube and then I started reading her blog, www.bodyrock.tv and been watching all her videos..
