When I was growing up, I was trained by my father ti be alert and always bear initiative at all times. Kinda like the military way of training. So that we will always be prepared should there be any emergency. Of course, I have to have a list of all necessary numbers like my father’s or mothers and all other numbers for emergency assistance. It always works well if people have this notion of always being ready no matter what happens.
