Hey guys, have you heard the latest in the call center industry here in our very own city? I heard from an acquaintance of mine back in the good old college days, that a new call center is going to sprout right here in our city. Well, it was said that they are not as strict as the ones we have right now. Perhaps, call center guys would then be filing leaves and even resignation letters to be with this new company.. Oh well, I ma not shocked with that in mind as that is the trend with call center people… It’s always about better pay and more benefits… plus the workload…Not to mention the shifting schedules… AHA! Oh, but for the record, this new company is said to be very good in welcoming new hires and trans ferries, lol.. I was just told, okay. You need not believe everything as I too will have to research about them further also… I was also told that they used discount Avaya partner phone system in their work environment— Hmm.. I think they’re okay if that’s what they use in their system.. Ahh, I have such fond memories with my AVAYA back in Convergys-Cebu..
